Bethany L. - Owner, CEO
Bethany brings over 20 years of experience in the medical field, beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant while pursuing her degree in Health Information Management. She possesses extensive knowledge of reimbursement processes across commercial, workers' compensation, auto, and government insurance plans, with strong expertise in ICD-10 coding and Correct Coding Initiative (CCI) guidelines. Outside of work, Bethany enjoys visiting Universal Studios and dedicates her time to caring for her disabled daughter and two beloved cats.

Kristen B. - Billing Manager
Kristen began her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing compassionate patient care for seven years before transitioning to a role as a Medical Assistant. She later advanced into office management while earning her Certified Coding Associate (CCA) credential through AHIMA. Kristen’s diverse background equips her with a comprehensive understanding of both provider and patient needs, enabling her to support efficient and compliant billing practices. A Florida native and proud mother of three, she enjoys baking, organizing, and helping others create structure in their daily lives.
